The individual training laps can be evaluated using the Easy LapView function on the watch..

 

 

Training time in the target zone

The PC 15.11 displays the percentage of the training time spent in the selected training target zone.

Calorie counter

Your calorie consumption is calculated and displayed during each training session based on your personal details, heart rate and training time.


 

Zone bar

The zone bar is a graphical representation that shows whether training occurred in the desired zone. The heart rate is displayed as a percentage of the maximum heart rate.
